Bookings during festivals (Las Fallas, Easter, etc.), public holidays and international sporting events (Valencia America's Cup, Valencia Formula 1, Valencia Moto GP) will have a minimum stay of 5 days and a variation to price.
The rate for Las Fallas 2010 is 750 Euro/full week (discount for an extended stay is possible).
Other sporting events cost 100 Euro/night or 500/week.
Until confirmed, rental rates are subject to change without notice.

Rates are per week in euros
Per night, it's 60, 65 and 70 (low, medium & high)

Extra Fees

The reason we didn't go with an agency is all the ludicrous fees they add on to the rental cost.

The only fee we charge is a 4% booking/admin charge, which may be waivered if you are based in Spain. We don't charge for cleaning (though we ask you leave the apartment as found) or laundry, etc.
