We've added some frequently asked questions to help you decide whether to rent our 2 Bedroom Apartment in Valencia.

Do you charge any extra fees?
Our 2 bedroom apartment in Valencia is charged at 1 standard rate, regardless of the number of guests. There is a 4% booking fee to cover admin costs and a refundable 200-250 euro security deposit.

Apart from this, we do not charge for cleaning or linens. We only ask that the apartment is left as found and if you need to change the linens during your stay you wash them. Regular washing will be done when you leave.

How do I pay?
We accept bank transfers (ask for details) or the recommended method PayPal - it is secure for both parties and the fees are low. All you need is an email address. We send a request for the payment so you need only follow the steps.

How will I get the keys?
We will meet you at the apartment (details will be provided at booking) and just ask that you call/text to let us know you've arrived. We also ask that you give details of your arrival/departure arrangements as soon as possible. It must be before noon and after 3pm on change-over days; otherwise it is reasonably flexible.

6  Building On a quiet street, just a minute from a major Valencian street, the apartment has its own entrance and there are no stairs to climb.

Do you have parking?

There is no parking with the apartment. It's easy to get round Valencia on foot, or by public transport. If you have a car, you can usually find parking on the street or you can rent a space.

Do you have a TV?

Yes, the TV has about 15 different channels, nearly all of them are in Spanish except for CNN. There's also a local music channel- Sol Musica, which isn't bad. There's a small library of DVDs, but feel free to bring your own. There is also an MP3 docking station that fits iPods, with a UK charger. You'll find some games, books and magazines as well.

What about Internet Access?

There is currently no internet access, but there are lots of internet cafes available. There's one on the corner of Calle Maestro Aguilar (Locutorio Paris 3), which is open from about 10am until late.

Hairdryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Washing Machine?

Yes, all there! Also a dryer, hairdryer, straighteners and curling tongs with adapters, so less for you to pack.

Is there any air-conitioning / heating?

There is no air-con, but there's an effective ceiling fan system in the living room and main bedroom, plus a portable fan. The high ceilings and ground-floor location also make the apartment naturally cool. In cool weather, there is gas central heating.

Is it noisy?

Though minutes from a major Valencia city street (Av Peris y Valero), the apartment is in a quiet street with little noise. It's a quiet building.

Is it child-friendly? What about pets?

Being on the ground floor, the apartment is easily accessible for prams, etc. and there is a lot for children to do in Valencia (parks, zoo, aquarium, etc.)

We can supply a travel cot, high chair and sterilizer on request. If there is something else you need, just ask as we may be able to provide it.

Do you do babysitting or a Valencia guided tour?

We offer both of these services at very reasonable rates. Request it at the time of booking to ensure availability, but you can also ask during your stay.
