The Valencia holiday apartment for rent is in a vibrant area of Valencia City - Russafa/Monteolivete. It is just a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre (Plaza de Ayuntamiento) and a 15-minute bus ride from the beach.
Our self catering city apartment sleeps up to 6 people (yet we charge one price per apartment, making it a bargain holiday for groups). It has a main bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, a room with 1 double sofa-bed, 1 extra double sofa-bed in the living room, and 1 bathroom. See the photo gallery for detailed information on each room.
Our Valencia holiday apartment provides a great base for you to explore the city or have a beach holiday (or both). It's suitable for children and older people as there are no stairs to maneuver. It's available to rent to those looking for a great holiday that's hassle-free.
We try to provide things we think you will need (like hairdryer, iron, kettle, baby accessories - see details). Save your luggage space for souvenirs. In addition to holiday accomodation, we also offer a walking tour and babysitting service at great rates.
